What are Buddy Battles?
Buddy Battles are 2-player team battles where you can work together with a teammate by consulting each other during the match. That makes this format ideal for beginners, casual players, and families to enjoy.
If you are a beginner, want more playing time at events, or are the type that has more fun playing on a team then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Format Summary:
- It’s a 2-player team battle.
- Single 90-minute match
- Teammates can consult each other during the match
- Turn flow: Team A Player 1->Team B Player 1->Team A Player 2->Team B Player 2

Registration
This event is primarily aimed at groups of two players. Players may apply solo, however please understand there’s a chance of not finding your pair at the event, therefore we recommend you to apply with your friends, family, etc.
We only require one application per pair, so please nominate someone to be the lead player. Please also note if you are registering as a solo player or a pair.
