• How Do I Purchase A Product?

    To purchase a product you must ensure that you have added the required quantity to your basket. You can then choose to collect the item locally or have it delivered.

  • I selected “Local Collection” at checkout, how do I arrange collection?

    As you are no doubt aware, we do not have a physical shop yet. However, you can collect your order from my home address or at the weekly Tabletop Meetup which runs every Wednesday from 6-8pm. To arrange a time and date for collection that is suitable, please get in touch via one of the options on our Contact page.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    Orders on the website over £30 are eligible for free Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping. Anything below this and you will be charged for Shipping. 
    You also have the option to upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For or Royal Mail 1st Class for a fee.

  • Which Payment Types Do You Accept?

    I process all our payments via three different services, Stripe, PayPal and Super Payments. Super Payments is an instant transfer system that utilises open banking, it has no transaction fee for myself so I give this back by offering 1% back on all purchases.

  • Do you have a Loyalty Scheme?

    We do! For every £1 you spend you will earn 1 point.
    You can redeem these points against your purchase to get money off. 100 points is worth £1 off your order

  • Do you have a shop?

    Unfortunately I don’t have a shop yet but, we will have one open in early 2023. We also run a pop up shop every Wednesday from 6pm to 8pm at the Bath Pokemon League on Odins Road, Odd Down. We also run a number of pop up shops in town and at markets, to find out when these are, make sure to follow us on social media.

  • Do you buy cards?

    We do buy cards, however, there may be occasions where we will refuse to purchase cards due to various factors. If you would like a to know a price for your cards please contact us.

  • Are Sealed items guaranteed to be in Mint condition?

    Booster boxes and sealed product cannot be guaranteed to be in ‘Mint’ condition as these are classed as packaging from the distributors and arrive damaged with us sometimes. If the contents inside are damaged then they would be acceptable for a return.

  • My order contains a pre-order item, will I get each item as it releases?

    Orders containing Pre-Order items will not be shipped until all products are available.
    Therefore should you wish to receive your items sooner please ensure that you order pre-order items seperately.
