We are changing system!

On the 20^th October we will be switching our website over to a new provider that will integrate better with our in-store systems. This will provide a seamless experience for ordering items and providing you with the ability to select which of our 2 locations you would like to pick up your order from.

As part of this change over we will be removing a number of features that are in place on our Bath TCG website. The most impactful one at this stage is the points and rewards scheme. We wanted to ensure that all users who have any outstanding points receive adequate notice. We are therefore issuing a 30 day notice to use your remaining points. As of 19^th September 2024 no further points can be earned on our website and any points not redeemed by the 19^th October 2024 will be lost.

We are also offering customers who have access to our physical locations a one time offer to convert their points into in-store credit. To do this please pop into our Bath TCG shop and we will be able to arrange the transfer of these points into credit for you. We hope you understand our decision for making this change and continue to support our business as we continue to drive for improvements.

In light of this changeover, all product pre-orders and events will be migrating to the new website which is already in place. You can access the website at www.thetcggroup.co.uk. Any existing orders will still be honored via Bath TCG and a backup will be stored in the event access to the data is required.

No customer data or order information will be carried over so you will be required to make a new account on the new website.
